Do not bank with then they are Crooks!! I had my money in their stashed account and tried to transfer into my account for a withdrawal on a Saturday night.

When I transferred the $200 it disappeared. Not in my regular account or my stashed account. So I called customer service and they stated that they could see the transfer but they were going thru a system update and there was nothing they could do until the next day and my money would be available at 5am the next morning. Of course my evening was recked.

The next morning I looked at my account nothing is still available. I again called customer service and they told me they needed to investigate and they would send me a email within 4 hours. I called back after 5 hours and still no response no email nothing. It is now 24 hours later no answer on where my money went.

My entire weekend is ruined.

And I still have no idea where my money is. Customer service is a joke.

HAD FOR 6 YEARS & 1 BIG MISTAKE FROM THEM CAUSES THEM TO LOSE ME AS A CUSTOMER

I am having the same issue. I transferred $203 from out of the vault to the checking account and it disappeared.

I checked my account and I had no pending transactions and the last transaction was a transfer to the vault. It did not show it transferring out and the balance is at $0. It just disappeared. I called and spoke to someone who said that in there system is does show that it transferred out of the vault but it isn't showing up in the account and that someone will send me an email in 4 hours after investigating the issue.

This was my extra spending money for fun things I wanted to do. Now I have to take time off from work to walk outside the building to deal with them. I have had gobank for 6 years and this is the very first problem that I have encountered but it will be the last. I don't check this account often because it isn't my main card.

I changed my direct deposit to another bank so that they won't get one more cent of my money. They lost a great customer off of a huge mistake. I trusted them to take care of my money and not have it suddenly disappear when I need it. I have also been having problems getting to the app when i have perfect service.

There have been times that I couldn't check my account on the mobile app.

I feel like the mobile app is worthless. These people have me on fire today!
