I have been a long time customer of GoBank.. I had to report my card lost due to living in Florida and losing it when my home was hit by hurricane Michael..
I received my new card a couple of weeks later but there is still a block on my account.. I have called EVERY day for 3 weeks now begging for someone from corp. to call me back to no avail.. I am disabled and have no access to my money and my disability check was returned for the month of Nov.
due to the block.. I have been rendered homeless due to this.. I am at the point of having to contact legal assistance due to my inability of being able to get someone from the corp office in the US to contact me..
I have been told the same thing over and over.. am at a loss as to how they can treat a long time customer this way
