I called to ask for a phone # to a company because I didn't recognize the charge and they told me they were going to stop my debit card and issue a new one. I said no just give me the phone # and they went ahead and blicked my acct 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received a new debit card and my rents late $150 in late fees can' ay car payment can't buy gas or foodhave had to borrow a couple times for gas as I drive Lyft.

My auto pay goes into that debit card and I have no access to my money due to their employees mistake and I opened another acct.

And asked to transfer my money to a new acct. They can't transfer to a new card since my acct is blicked they asked for a downliad of my dr lic front and back I did they never recieved it now after I do it again it can take up to 5 business days to unblock and who knows when the card will arrive 7 to 10 business days all due to their stupid employee!!!!!!!
