Gobank - Absolute ineptitude
These people don’t have any idea of how to run a bank, handle disputes, handle customer service - nothing. If it weren’t for the green dot cards ripping people off and generating revenue, this bank that is attached would never make it.
I cancel that card it won't let me call gobank

Gobank - Horrible custimer service and app update
Convient yes but i can deposit a chexk. I tried for days. I met the min qualifications after I called and they explained what the requirements were. Once i fulfilled that . i have tried 15 times to send a photo through the app. Still waiting 3 days for response. Sucks..

It’s refusing to connect on my mobile app. I mean the GoBank and also Wal-Mart money card. It shows this all the time “There was a problem connecting to GoBank“

Gobank - ATM fee
They directed me to a FREE ATM and the ATM charged me 2.50. This occurred on 2/1/2018 at 8:15am. I contacted them via phone, and the operator stated that it is their policy to charge 2.50, and then return it 3 days later.
