I was asked to send copy of my ID front an back
I have discovered new developments and I will list them
1. Today i was told that on my account on 11/3 there was un verifed activity.and today is 12/3...
I did not request a new card until 11/13 and i was told that my new card will be in the mail by 11/23.
On 11/24 i went online to activate my new card and an error message was i could not activate a card that is already activated.
2. The lack of full disclosure from GoBank is cruel and unacceptable. I was not told of any activity nor did they have the right to hold my account for weeks before telling me...
Had i not request a new card i would have never known.
3. Now I am denied access to my funds because of the enaptness
