My account was hacked and a purchase was made at a store called Guess. Thankfully I noticed this purchase and called in right away. I asked that the sale be stopped before it went through only to be told they couldn't stop the sale and that I would need to wait nearly a week for the purchase to clear before I could make a formal complaint.

I complied and waited the requested week. I was then asked to complete a request form, again I complied. I waited nearly a month only to receive a letter stating the purchase was found to be valid. How is that possible? There's no way proper research could have found this valid when I never made this purchase and the card is still in my possession.

I contacted your representative to request the supporting documentation as stated in your letter and your representative originally said there was none. After I demanded proof and a brief hold she returned to say I would receive something in two weeks. Two weeks is unacceptable. I have already waited a month. I can't imagine what supporting documentation you could have when I have not shared my pin and I'm sure because of my unique signature that they aren't a match. I want and need my money now.

Please help me get this issue resolved.

I am in the same boat. They denied 2 fake charges.

I went to the store where the charges were supposed to have been made, and they had NO record of them. So I called a filed a dispute. They denied it. Okay, now I am filling out their paperwork.

If they deny me again the Federal Agency you can complain to is The Office of the Currency. DO NOT complain to the FDIC (they are an insurance company and can't help you).

Had money taken out of my account once a month to a company come to find out the company was taken out twice a month without my consent put a dispute letter in with Gobank it came back two weeks later Gobank stated it was denied which I called the company they stated no it’s true we do owe you Gobank still haven’t gave me my refund now they want to file another claim who can I call to get help

I have been dealing with the same exact thing since June the 3rd. I have called and emailed customer service.

My fraudulent activity was denied. They were supposed to send me a letter over 2 weeks ago. I called today and she told me that she could reprint it and I would have it in two more weeks. I told her that was unacceptable and I wanted the corporate number.

She told me that they didn't have one.

Help anyone that knows anywhere to call. I'm at my wit's end.

same thing is happening to me right now and you’re telling me that the charge was found to be valid from my account even though I am reporting it as fraud. They told me that I am committing fraud by trying to report a transaction as fraud and I need to contact the merchant and have the merchant issue me back my money.

The exact same thing is happening to me right now. They tell me that they don't have a corporate office.

This has been going on since May 25th. I need my money.

*** USE UBER/GOBANK DO NOT EVER LOSE YOUR CARD. This bank is a joke and a scam.

Please don't trust your money with them.This is the worst merchant that I've ever encountered. my card was lost and/or stolen and in one day the thief (I hate a thief) used my card back 2 back even from the same merchant ...Like they went to Autozone 3 different times ON THE SAME DAY!! Nothing more smells of fraudulent activity than that. I noticed it like a day and 1/2 later and I reported it immediately.

Most of the charges were still pending at the time of my call. Great! I thought. Just turn everything off to stop the pending charges.

Nooooooooo! they tell you that you can't even dispute a charge until it actually posts!!!! WTF!! GoBank are the real crooks in this scenario.

They have no security to protect your account, their customer service (based in the Philippines) is horrible. They barely speak english, I can't understand them and they can't understand me (or least they pretend not to) All they do is repeat the same script to you over and over again, incapable of just having a real conversation. And after all the waiting for the pending charges to post and paperwork, and dispute form and investigation. They basically informed (I actually had to call them.

they don't call or write, so you'll have to spend time everyday calling them) me that they decided to side with the criminal, that I'm obviously a liar and authorized the charges!!!!!!!! WTF!!. . ABSOLUTELY INCREDULOUS!!!

Called Uber, and they've basically washed their hands of Gobank. "that's their issue". I'm like your name is on the card tho, clearly you have a partnership a vested interest in them. So you should know this is how they treat your drivers.

Now I have to wait 2 WEEKS to (maybe) get their decision letter in the mail, so I can again dispute the dispute decision. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone in the world! GO BANK needs to GO OUT OF BUSINESS!! I would give them ---1000 to infinity if I was allowed.

Trust me, I'm not done with them.

I found very identical complaints from all over the US as recently as this week. GUARD YOUR CARD!!!

I'm just experiencing today for the first time this crap I've been researching what's going on all of a sudden there's three crazy transactions on my account gobank is literally trying to steal my money from up under me but I don't think so I'm not going to let it happen and I complain to Uber and Uber is like they don't even give a damn it's like sending me an email with all of this contact information for gobank and all I'm doing is talking to the same idiots in the same call center in the Philippines and they're not doing *** about it except still in my *** money on a man is *** *** I'm pissed I deleted this *** I'm not using the *** *** with Uber *** you do not *** with my money
