It is very clear that GOBANK creates issues with consumer accounts just to freeze them, and keep the money in the account. If anyone disagrees, read on.

I too have a card for the sole purpose of being paid by Uber (I wonder if Uber knows how they are being represented?), I needed to pay my cell phone bill in order to keep driving for Uber. I went to Gluing J and made a $50.00 deposit, two days later, my activity showed two deposits if $50.00, and two disputes by Flying J. Thus, deducting $100.00 from my account, and freezing my account.

Each time I call, I am out on the line with someone that is not fluent in English, so from the go, Iโ€™m shut down, no chance of finding out what in the *** is going on with my money. Several calls and two weeks later (oh ya, by the way, if you say the wrong word, Go Bank will block your calls, once you enter your card number, they shut you down), I get this information. I am being accused of fraud, they will not tell me which business is claiming the fraud, but tell me the only way to get my account to have access again is to contact the business wgeee I added the money to the prepaid, and have them call and tell Go Bank that it is ok for them to release the hold on my account. How crazy is that?

Another few weeks go by, I am going to evey convenient store asking about the transactions with no luck. I finally came across s receipt from Flying J. I contact the corporate office, she verified the one amount of $50.00 added to my prepaid card, but NEVER filed any dispute with Go Bank.

She said she would contact her rep at Go Bank, thatโ€™s the last I heard since last Friday. I cannot drive for Uber without a phone and a card to put my wages on. This is costing me $100โ€™s.

Tomorrow I plan to seek out a law firm that will look into this, and see if it qualifies for a class action lawsuit. It appears that this is happening to many people. Check back on this website for the contact information of the law firm taking the case.
