I never received an email stating that they were going to freeze my account. After being told by two separate people that they did.

After calling twice and getting the wrong email address to send my drivers license to, I seem to not be able to reach a customer service representative. They froze my account today and i am terrified that they will not release my money. My driver license is expired! Why wouldn't they just tell me they were going to freeze it.

I have a 6 week old infant at home, and they said the only way they could release it (im talking about them just sending my money back to me, not even trying to keep the accojnt) was with a passport or active drivers license. If i dont get my money within two business days I'm contacting a lawyer. Or if someone has already got one please email me at krystalgarcia387@***.com thanks. I can not believe this is legal.

I read in the account agreement that they may ask for drivers license, fine okay i understand, but how can they not send an email first letting us know they were going to freeze it if account is not verified. I can not even believe this is happening.

This place is a joke - they have a hold on my account for over 2 weeks, I have a disease and need my meds and they blocked me from calling - jerks! I contacted Attorney General, BBB and a bunch of other places and filed complaints
