I bought a go bank card over 3 months ago lost it in Walmart call you guys there was a hold put on my account and someone was supposed to call me..there was $320 loaded to this card that I was still have yet to be able to use or access my funds..i was able to get in touch with someone 2 weeks ago that had ordered me a new card and updated my address because I can't even log in to my online account to update it..but I called a few dayz ago 3 times and ever time I got hung up on then when I did get through it still is in your system with my old address and phone # but I kept checking the mail at my old place that nobody lives in yet..and i was trying to see if they could tell me if my card should have been received or were it is but once again got hang up on....not only that 2 months ago when I waz at that time able to access my account online you guys kept charging me monthly fees for a card that I can't even use since I bought it loaded it...when you guys put the hold on my account you should not have been charges me for somthing i cant use or access my funds or have them sent to my personal checking account which Is crazy that was my bill my money and Christmas is almost here...you guys kept saying your sending me a new card but there is no reason I should not have it by now ....i have prove of me buying the starter card and the $320 that waz loaded at that time...honesly i feel as if you guys are robbing im at a point to were if I get my money back in some form or a another real soon im going to get in touch with the police or someone higher up in the company there's going to be something done...i need that money...also i would appreciate being refunded for the funds you guys seem to be able to access my money but I can't sorry but I never got to use card and im very upset and will never use this card company

User's recommendation: never use this company i feel like there robbing me and don't care about their customers.
Monetary Loss: $320.
Preferred solution: full refund never received my new card that they have ordered me 3 different times I would like to have my money in my account sent to my personal checking which would verify my identity by sending it there or send me a new card were it can be over night .
GoBank Cons: Everything especially the outright theft of my funds, Lack of shipping, Suck, Monthly fees charged.
