Strong recommendation against using
It's been *** I can't log in bc I haven't registered my card yet. I can't register my card bc the system won't recognize it (why?
No idea!), And I can't contact ANYONE for help bc you have no choice but to talk with the ai at the beginning of every phone call that asks for your card information. But guess what? It's not recognized bc it's not activated.
I need to transfer my payroll money over to my personal bank account but I don't know HOW I'm going to do that because I can't get in and I can't get HELP. I didn't know that my payroll was being directly deposited into a gobank acc that my employer set up until a few weeks in.

Need help have a dispute and my account got closed
My account was hacked and when I notified go to bank 2 bank.They closed out my account and now I can't get a hold of anyone to find out what's going on with my dispute because I can't log into the app because my card is no longer good

Want to close my account
I called customer service.They said all you have to do is go to the versatile.I had forty one twenty three.It wouldn't let me take out more than twenty dollars. So I went to walmart to try to take the rest out.It wouldn't let me then.I went to purchase something for the amount and it still wouldn't work.I called them back and they said, you know what I gave you all the information you need, but they still did not help me.My count is still opened.I want it to be gone.I don't care if they keep the money or not.I hate that bank do not get this bank
