Missing money

Never received my tax stimulus it was supposed to be deposited and I never received it! My account was closed and I never got paid

Need money now

The rock store in Texarkana Arkansas debited and credited $10 and some change. Repeatedly. I want reimbursement because the store said it didn't go through later to find that every swipe or transaction did and I walked out paying alot of money for nothing. I was supposed to pay my electric and now I can't. I can't get ahold of anyone at gobank to talk about the issue and my electric is cut off . I had to charge my phone in my friends car to be able to do this review. The rock store and gobank are horrible.

Believe my card may have been hacked

The guy's name is Paul Roberts he took he hacked my account and took $753 out of my account and locked me out of it without my permission he is a scammer. He has got his email on my bank account and if I'm not mistaken he had his password I did not give him no permission to do that nor take my money out of the bank. I want my money back.

Walmart refunded my old transaction with my old card ending in 0504

A lot of problems/ e statements gone/ no help/ no customer respect or care/ money missing fraud and they wanna fight you for bringing it up

Getting the runaround

Too much of a nightmare to describe! My account is closed, so my SS# is invalid. I do not have the card anymore, so cannot use that # either. So they just hang up on me. Trying to get new card, but Uber won't allow me to remove the closed account from my pay options. I have no choice other than Go Card, or I'd forget this whole pain in the a##!

They paid my money very late and never have a reason

i have used them for 3 years they promise up to 4 days faster for govenment benifits this is not the case they should be sued for false advertisement i recently got told they would be even later cause of memoral day when iam sapose to get paid 28-29 its now the 31 and still no money and they clam it takes them 2 days to process it and they dont know where my money is after calling for 2 days

Trying to get a new card

Trying to get a new Uber go bank card and i am passed off cause they don't have or I can't get a hold of a live person to verify my info I have a new number and new email when I was driving Uber and lyft it was way easier to talk to a live support member this sucks.
