Fraud on my card

there were two deposits made for 170.00 on march 2/2020.I deposisted 160.00 on 02/28/20,at cvs in marysville,ca.then a 50.00 dep on 03/02/20.they then took all the money out.a balance of510.00,210.00 of which was mine.there are transfers i did not do.now i cant even open my app.to find out the names ,phone nmbs.of the perpitraitor.now you say theres no evidence on my behalf.i never do those kind of transactions ever.not my habbits.it wasnt my uber money in the bank.it was my personal fonds.I want justice. kelli.m.battaglia

Thats green dot for you and the top executives are getting inkind stock option worth millions upon millions and you have complete fools defending them. You gotta keep the pressure on them when you know youre right and learn your rights then call your state representative and attorney general.

At first they will seem to not take intrest thats normal but keep calling make people listen. Look people that have big money and high profile its hard to get their attention you have to force them to listen.

Why this Bank is holding my money hostage!?? I dont owe this Bank a penny!!! This Bank wont send me my money to my address but closed my account about nothing!!!

Cannot get them to truly help me

No one would help me to get into my account or to set a pin to use my fund I put on to the account .I been trying to get go bank customer to help me to get a pin and to be able to log in to use my money .

Refuse to help me to get in to my account

Go Bank is unethical they wont help me at all with access to my account or to the money i loaded 3 days ago. I really regret putting money on this account . They refuse to help me get the funds I put on my account please do not do not do business with this unethical business sbuy this card

GoBank will not release my funds!!! Why is this Bank holding my money hostage???

This Bank is a Fraud! I have a balance of $254 that has been held hostage by this Bank which has closed my Account without allowing my to withdraw my own money for over 6 months now!!!

Stolen debit card and charges

Like I said from May 21st until the present 2021 my debit card had been stolen and used for several things totaling an amount of $1,220.39. I was incarcerated during these purchases and I need my money back ASAP

Stolen debit card

Yes I just recently became aware because I have not used this account very much and just realized that my debit card had been stolen and used several times for a substantial amount of money starting on May 21st to the present. I really need this resolved because we're talking about quite a bit of money here that has been misappropriated and taken from me unauthorized. My account is locked

My account has a balance of 633.57 but there was a lock put on my card for some reason so i was wanting to remove it.

Horrible service

I have had nothing but problems since I opened my account overdraft never works problems with customer service account was locked for no reason had money in my account I couldn't access never any resolution poor customer service

Just trying to help others

They've taken my money

I had a check mailed to my landlord from the mobile check option on the GoBank app. My landlord received my check on June 25 but the post office tore it in half accidentally. His bank would not let him cash it so I called GoBank for them to issue him a new check. I was told they would reissue a new check to him in 5 business days. It's now JULY 27 and they have still not mailed him a new check and now I can't get them to refund my money.

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM.

Please release $50pending on my card for comfort inn suites.

The hotel said they release it to me when I checked out. But it is still showing pending.. they said gobank had to release it. It's for July 16 for $50 at the comfort suites in Gulfport. It comes back to my account .. PLEASE RELEASE IT. THANK YOU.
