GoBank - Terrible customer service
I never received my personalized debit card, so when I reported that I hadn't received it yet, I was told I would get a new one in seven to ten business days. That's all they told me.
What they failed to tell me is that they would completely shut off my temporary card and not give me a way to access the $900 still in my account. I have a wife and child I have to support. I can't go up to two weeks without being able to access my paycheck. I cancelled my direct deposit immediately afterwards.
All that customer service will tell you is that they're sorry and that they understand.
What is there to understand? That because you've done screwed everything up, I can't feed my family next week?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $900.
