one transaction that was charged twice. it was removed from my balance twice.

I called & was told that it was an authorization that would fall off once the real charge posted even though it was taken from my balance twice. I finally proved that they took the money twice so they told me that I would get my money back in 20 days! it takes 1 second to take it and 20 days to give it back. WELL...

if I had not paid attention the money disappeared from my account! so I called and was told again it was just an authorization! WELL! I had to prove all over again that it was deducted from my balance before it was given back!

Had I not paid attention they would have kept my money! BEWARE and watch your money! Also I had a friend that wanted me to cash some checks for them. The first couple I cashed went through and the last 3 did not because they had an issue with the issuer of their checks.

I paid back the money to bring my account current within 2 days of this happening. they turned off my mobile deposit!!!! I asked them what good the account was if I could not deposit checks and why don't they just hold any checks until they clear then instead of shutting it off all together? at least for some time.

They refused to do this and I had to then get another account and cancel the gobank account!!! they do not tell you this at all and it was not even really my fault!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
